What is Wildfire Publishing Inc. Affiliate Program?

Wildfire Publishing pays you 15% every time someone places an order as the result of a click originating from your Web site. This Affiliate Program is for Web sites that cater to parents. Your commissions will be paid out monthly.

Can anyone become a member?

We want to work with any Web site that can send qualified traffic to Wildfire Publishing. Any site may submit an application. Based on this application, a site may be incorporated into the Wildfire Publishing Affiliate Program . Most Web sites will qualify to participate, however, we may reject Web sites we feel are unsuitable in our sole discretion.

How often do members get paid?

Wildfire Publishing Affiliate Program members are paid monthly when your earned commission exceeds $25.00. If your commission for that month is less than $25.00, the fee will be carried over to the next month.

How do Wildfire Publishing Affiliate Program members set up their sites?

Once we accept your application, we'll email you with the information you need to find all the tools needed to get started. Additionally, we are here to answer any questions you may have in setting up your site. You can reach us via email at msuter@wildfirepublishing.com

Wildfire Publishing Affiliate Program Operating Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT and the referred materials contain the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individual or entity's participation in Wildfire Publishing Affiliate Program (the "Program"). This agreement is made and entered into between Wildfire Publishing Inc., an Ontario Corporation, with its principal place of business at 84 Saunders RD, Barrie, Ontario, L4N 9A8, Canada, and you, the affiliate. As used in this Agreement, "we/us/our" means Wildfire Publishing Inc. and "you" means the applicant. "Site" means a World Wide Web site.

Enrollment in the Program

To begin the enrollment process, you need to submit a complete Program application ("Application"). We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to our determination (in our sole discretion) that your Site is unsuitable for the Program. Only sites in English are eligible to participate in the Program.

Promotion of our Affiliate Program

Upon your acceptance as an Affiliate Site, we will make available to you a graphic and textual link which, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, you may display as often and in as many areas of your site as you desire. The Links will serve to identify your site as a member of our Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your site to ours.

Wildfire Publishing Inc. Agrees To:

Pay Affiliate 15% of each order referred from your site (excluding shipping and applicable taxes). No fees shall be payable if a visitor leaves the Wildfire Publishing Web site without placing an order.
Pay Affiliate on a monthly basis when your account has reached a minimum of $25.00. Accounts with a balance of less than $25.00 will roll over to the next month.

Affiliate Agrees To:

Place Wildfire Publishing Links on your Web site.
Have sole responsibility for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site.
Ensure that all materials posted on your site are not illegal and do not infringe on the rights of any person or entity of any kind. We disclaim all liability for all materials on your site.
Make sure that your site does not copy or resemble Wildfire Publishing or create the impression that your site is our site or a part of our site in any way.
Submit the URLs for all sites you plan to use to promote Wildfire Publishing via e-mail to msuter@wildfirepublishing.com

Term of the Agreement

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application and will end when terminated by either party. Wildfire Publishing or you may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, by giving the other party written or electronic notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn Referral Fees on sales occurring during the term of this Agreement, and fees earned through the date of termination will remain payable only if the related orders are not canceled or returned. We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately remove any links, icons, or any other Wildfire Publishing intellectual property from your site.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements or representations between the parties.
